Site Rules

  • Guests must check in on arrival no earlier than 12.30 and check out on departure no later than 10.30am, unless prior agreement has been reached.
  • Units and additions must be sited between the white posts on your pitch, this is to ensure national Fire Safety Regulations are complied with.
  • Only 1 car per pitch is permitted, any additional cars must be parked in the car park.  No commercial vehicles are permitted on the site.
  • Anyone arriving after 9pm will be classed as a late arrival and must notify us in advance as the double access gates will be closed. Anyone arriving after 9pm will be admitted by appointment only. We understand unforeseen circumstances arise and will accommodate the situation as much as possible, but please do notify us in advance.
  • Late arrivals after 9pm are not permitted to pitch up unless agreed in advance. A late arrivals area is available in the car park and is subject to availability.
  • All belongings must be kept within your pitch boundary.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.  We cannot accept responsibility for the safety and well being of your children.       
  • There are dangerous buildings and deep water in the area and we cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents caused.
  • For safety reasons please adhere to the 5mph speed restrictions on the touring site and the field.
  • No ball games, frisbee’s or anything likely to cause damage to people and property are allowed on the touring site. Please use our adjacent field for these activities.
  • Keep out of the adjoining farmer’s fields as there will either be livestock in the fields or crops growing.
  • Please respect other visitors and sleeping children/adults, noise levels should be strictly kept to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am. We may ask you to leave if you continue to ignore this request.
  • Please do not sit or climb on any fencing, gates or trees. We cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused. Any breakages must be paid for.
  • Please do not hang washing lines between trees as this can cause them damage.
  • We do not permit toilet chemicals to be used on site so please ensure you use an environmentally friendly alternative.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and must never be left unattended. Please pick up after your dog has toileted and use the dogs bins provided. Only well behaved dogs can be accepted and we reserve the right to ask you to leave should your dog be a nuisance to other site users. We cannot accept dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act, these include Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro or crosses of the same.
  • For fire safety reasons fire pits are not permitted on the site.
  • BBQs are permitted on your pitch but please ensure charcoal bbqs are kept on the stoned area, alternatively we can provide bricks for your bbq to stand on.  Please keep your bbq away from any flammable equipment and belongings.  Please respect your surrounding neighbours when using smoky charcoal bbqs.  Never take your bbq into your awning, caravan or motorhome as they can quickly produce Carbon Monoxide (CO) which is a colourless, odourless and tasteless poisonous gas. Ensure your lit bbq is never left unattended and is cold before going to bed. Do not dispose of your hot charcoal or ash in the bins provided, always ensure everything is cold before disposing of it.
  • We, as site owners cannot accept any responsibility for any person in your party nor your caravan, motorhome, campervan, cars, awnings or any belongings.
  • We, as site owners cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury or loss/damage to site users/visitors and their property.
  • When booking with us you are agreeing to abide by the site rules. We, as site owners reserve the right to request you leave the site should the rules and booking conditions not be adhered to. This is to protect the enjoyment and safety of others on the site.
